This year's Joe Rauscher Memorial Ski Race, held
March 8, raised $29,635 for The American Cancer Society and Children's Cancer Research Fund. This brings the total raised to $201,000 over the race's 15-year history.

Let's talk Kayaks. For many of us who have spent years in the outdoors, canoes have been a part of our outdoor adventures for as long as we can remember, while kayaks have been something a bit foreign to us. FIREARM SAFETY AT JOE'S
Joe’s is hosting two Firearm Safety classes for youngsters at our St. Paul store.
Each class can accommodate 40 students. Cost: $15.

♦ 7 evening sessions, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, April 29, May 1, 6, 8, 13, 15 and 17.
♦ Register in person at the store and pick up the class information packet.
♦ The DNR is also hold a 7-session Firearm Safety class beginning April 8, at the U.S. Army Reserve Facility, 4655 Lexington Avenue No., Arden Hills, MN.
