Order Information

Easy and Understanding
For the holiday season we are extending our return policy from 30 day to the date of January 15, 2013. if you order after December 15, 2012 the 30 day return policy still applys. All returns must be made with the purchase receipt; item(s) must be new and have original tags/boxes. Items returned after 30 days are subject to e-store credit. Returns will be authorized within 48 hours of when they are received at Joe's Sporting Goods. Returns will not be accepted on Ammunition or Firearms.

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

In Store Pickup
Most orders will be ready within two hours of when your order is placed for in store pick up. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store.

Damaged Packages
If the package was damaged in shipment, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Customer Service at 1-888-468.6563, local (651)-209-7800, or contact us by e-mail at info@joessportinggoods.com before returning the item. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or email.

Returns
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable)

Some Filson items may come directly from Filson Headquarters to you. If you need to return one of these items please return them directly to Joe's Sporting Goods at the address provided below.

Prices, Back Orders, & Security

Prices and Information
Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog, sometimes prices may not be reflected accurately and we do apologize for this. If a price displays wrong in our catalog we reserve the right to not honor the incorrect price. We appreciate your understanding on this matter as we strive for accuracy and timeliness with the information we offer. We regret any inconvenience such a mistake may create. Back Orders
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.

Security
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.

Four shipping options are offered for merchandise delivery:

*Free Shipping is based on USPS or UPS Ground and does not include Next-day (overnight) orders are usually delivered by the end of the following day, however, those orders need to be in by 2pm Central time.

Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight and are not subject to our free shipping program.

Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S. and if shipping to a forwarding company we only guarantee delivery to the forwarding company address not to the individual that it is being forwarded to.

Purchasing a Long Gun on joessportinggoods.com

1. Purchase the gun on our web site. Enter your billing address as the bill to address and enter your Federal Firearm Licensed Dealer address in the ship to address field. Joe's charges a $20 Firearm Processing Fee which covers the cost of UPS Ground Shipping and completion of necessary paperwork to transfer a firearm. Firearms will typically ship out within 48 hours if we receive the proper paperwork listed below.
2. Have your local dealer fax a Federal Firearm Licence to Joe's, attention: Internet Sales. Our fax number is 651-209-7819. We will contact you by phone to confirm your shipping information and FFL dealer.
3. Once we have your all the information listed in step (3.) we will ship out the firearm typically within 24-48 hours.
4. Joe's transfers the gun to your local dealer. Your local dealer performs the background check and transfers the gun to you. Joe's does not ship firearms directly to a customer’s residence.
5. Some shipping restrictions apply to certain states, we will notify the customer if there is an issue shipping a particular firearm to the state they reside in.

Purchasing a Hand Gun on joessportinggoods.com

1. Purchase the gun on our web site. Enter your billing address as the bill to address and enter your Federal Firearm Licensed Dealer address in the ship to address field. Joe's charges a $20 Firearm Processing Fee, plus the customer will pay the over night shipping fee of $54.99 which covers the cost of UPS Overnight and completion of necessary paperwork to transfer a firearm. Firearms will typically ship out within 48 hours if we receive the proper paperwork listed below.
